Welcome to the Carol Morgan School (CMS) Online Payment Portal. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website to make payments for tuition balances, payment plans, and other related school services. By accessing and using this portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Payment Services

  • CMS offers this portal as a convenient method for parents and guardians to submit payments.
  • Accepted payment methods include authorized credit and debit cards.
  • Payments will be processed in Dominican pesos (DOP) at the daily exchange rate established by the School.

Payment Authorization

By submitting your payment information through our portal, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the designated payment method.
  • You authorize CMS (and its designated payment processor) to charge the full amount to the payment method provided.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • All payments are final.
  • Refund eligibility is governed by the policies outlined in the school's Official Registration Procedure, unless otherwise stated in specific program guidelines or contractual agreements.
  • Refunds for school-initiated cancellations of activities, trips, or special programs are subject to the policies outlined by each program.
  • Any approved refund will be credited back to the original payment method or issued as a formal check, exclusively to the account holder's name.

Privacy

When you make a payment through our site, as part of the payment process, we collect the personal information you provide, including your full name, email address, phone number, and billing details. This information is used solely for processing your transaction, communicating with you if necessary, and maintaining accurate school financial records.

When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address to help us better understand your browser and operating system. This helps us improve site performance, enhance security, and ensure an optimal user experience
